3. Pricing & Payment
– Lolonaa.com provides 100% Cash on Delivery (COD) service
– Customers are allowed to check the product before making payment to the delivery rider
– After receiving an order, we will verify the customer’s mobile number and delivery address to confirm the order
– We may review the customer’s previous purchase and return history through our courier partner panel
– If a customer’s return rate exceeds 20%, we reserve the right to request advance courier charges before processing the order
– Lolonaa.com also reserves the right to cancel any order if order confirmation fails or if the customer does not comply with these conditions
4. Refund Method Policy
– In most cases, orders are delivered using Cash on Delivery (COD)
– In some cases where a customer has paid in advance and a refund is applicable as per policy, we may suggest placing a new order, and the refundable amount will be manually adjusted as store balance
– If a customer prefers a cash refund, it will be processed via bKash or Bank Account
– Customers must submit a refund request through the Contact Form available in the website footer
– Approved cash refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days after the request is received
5. Shipping & Delivery
– Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 1–2 working days
– Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 2–4 working days
– Delivery timelines may vary due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays
– Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly communicated during order confirmation
6. Returns & Exchanges
– Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy
– Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with packaging
– Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or clearance sales

– Any attempt to provide false information, misuse COD service, or repeatedly refuse deliveries may result in order cancellation
